Affiliate Disclosure
How CookedAF earns affiliate commissions from third-party operators, why those links cost you nothing extra, and why our EV and edge rankings are not for sale.
Last updated June 9, 2026
Overview and Effective Date
Effective date / last updated: June 9, 2026.
CookedAF ("CookedAF," "we," "us," or "our"), operated by [registered entity name] at [registered business address], publishes this Affiliate Disclosure to be transparent about how we make money and to comply with the U.S. Federal Trade Commission's Guides Concerning the Use of Endorsements and Testimonials in Advertising (the "FTC Endorsement Guides," 16 CFR Part 255).
CookedAF is an informational AI sports-betting parlay builder and analytics tool available at cookedaf.ai. We compute no-vig (de-vigged) fair odds, expected value (EV), true hit probability, and best-price line shopping across sportsbooks, and we use AI to flag mispriced legs. We are not a sportsbook, not a broker or exchange, and not a financial or investment adviser. We accept no wagers and hold no customer funds. Nothing on CookedAF is betting, financial, or investment advice.
This disclosure explains the material connection between CookedAF and certain third-party operators whose links appear on our service, so you can weigh our content with that relationship in mind.
How CookedAF Makes Money
CookedAF earns revenue in two ways:
- Affiliate commissions and referral fees. When you click certain links on our service and then sign up for, deposit with, or transact with a third-party operator, that operator may pay CookedAF a commission or referral fee. This is the subject of this disclosure.
- Optional paid subscriptions. We offer Free and Pro subscription tiers billed through our payment processor, Stripe. Subscription revenue is separate from affiliate revenue and is described in our Terms of Service.
Both revenue streams help us operate the service, pay for odds data and AI features, and keep core analytics available. Neither changes the math behind our EV, fair-odds, probability, or edge calculations. See Editorial Independence below.
The Material Connection We Are Disclosing
Under the FTC Endorsement Guides, we are required to clearly disclose any material connection between an endorser and a seller of a product or service when that connection might affect how you weigh what we say. A material connection includes a financial relationship such as an affiliate or referral arrangement.
CookedAF has exactly this kind of relationship with certain third-party operators. When you click an affiliate link on our service and then register, deposit, or transact with the linked operator, CookedAF may earn a commission or referral fee. We are disclosing that relationship here, and we also flag affiliate links at the point of click (see How to Identify Affiliate Links), so you always have this context.
This disclosure applies across our website, app, emails, push notifications, and any other channel where CookedAF presents operator links.
Which Operators Pay Us
CookedAF participates in affiliate or referral programs with, and may earn commissions from, the following categories of third-party operators:
Sportsbooks
- Hard Rock Bet
- BetMGM
- DraftKings
Sportsbook links and deep links are geofenced and shown only in U.S. states with legal online sports betting. Whether a given sportsbook appears to you depends on your location and eligibility.
Prediction Markets
- Kalshi
- Polymarket
Prediction-market links may be shown more broadly than sportsbook links. Availability and eligibility still depend on your jurisdiction and the operator's own rules.
This list may change over time as we add, remove, or change operator relationships. Not every operator link on the service is necessarily an affiliate link, and the presence of an operator on this list is not an endorsement of that operator.
These Links Cost You Nothing Extra
Using a CookedAF affiliate link costs you nothing extra. You pay the same prices, odds, fees, and terms you would pay if you went to the operator directly. The commission, if any, is paid by the operator out of its own marketing budget; it is not added to your costs and is not deducted from your account, deposits, or winnings.
You are never required to use an affiliate link. You can always navigate to any operator directly. Choosing to click through CookedAF supports the service at no additional cost to you, but it is entirely optional.
How to Identify Affiliate Links
We make affiliate and sponsored links identifiable so you are not guessing. Look for the following signals:
- Operator buttons and "Bet it" actions. Buttons that send you to a sportsbook or prediction market (for example, a "Bet it" button or an operator-branded button such as a Hard Rock Bet, BetMGM, DraftKings, Kalshi, or Polymarket button) are click-out links to that operator and are generally affiliate links.
- The `rel="sponsored"` attribute. Affiliate and sponsored outbound links on our website carry the HTML attribute `rel="sponsored"` (and may also include `nofollow`), consistent with search-engine and FTC guidance for paid or commercial links.
- Affiliate-attribution identifiers. Click-out links may include affiliate tracking parameters or sub-IDs (subids) so the operator can attribute a referral to CookedAF. We set affiliate-attribution cookies/identifiers as described in our Privacy Policy and Cookie disclosures.
If you ever want a plain non-affiliate path, you can search for the operator and go to its site directly. When in doubt, assume that a button or link that sends you to a sportsbook or prediction market may be an affiliate link.
Editorial Independence: Our Numbers Are Not for Sale
This is the most important part of this disclosure.
Our analytics are computed from odds math, and commissions do not change the numbers. CookedAF's no-vig fair odds, expected value (EV), true hit probability, edge rankings, best-price line shopping, and AI mispricing flags are calculated from market odds data and our models. They are not for sale, and no operator can pay to improve its EV, edge, ranking, or placement in our outputs.
Specifically:
- Affiliate commissions do not influence which legs we flag as mispriced or +EV.
- Affiliate commissions do not change de-vigged fair odds, probabilities, or EV figures.
- Best-price line shopping is driven by the actual prices we observe across sportsbooks, not by who pays us. If a non-paying or lower-paying operator has the best price, our line-shopping output is designed to say so.
- We do not accept payment to alter, suppress, or reorder rankings.
If affiliate economics ever affect how options are ordered or presented in a non-analytical area of the product (for example, default sorting of equally priced operator buttons), we will disclose that. Our edge and EV computations themselves remain independent of commercial relationships.
No Endorsement and No Guarantee
Listing an operator, linking to it, or earning a commission from it is not an endorsement, recommendation, or guarantee by CookedAF of that operator, its odds, its promotions, its safety, or its suitability for you.
We also make no guarantee of winning. Gambling involves real risk of loss. EV, fair odds, and probabilities are model-based estimates, not certainties, and they can be wrong. Past results do not predict future outcomes. Markets move, lines change, and your actual experience with any operator is governed by that operator's own terms, pricing, and policies, not ours.
You are responsible for evaluating any operator and any wager yourself. CookedAF provides information only and does not provide betting, financial, or investment advice.
Availability Depends on Your State and Eligibility
Whether you can see or use a given operator link depends on where you are and whether you are eligible.
- Sportsbook links are geofenced to U.S. states with legal online sports betting and may not appear or function outside those states.
- Prediction-market links may be shown more broadly, but availability still depends on your jurisdiction and the operator's eligibility rules.
- CookedAF is intended for adults 21 years or older, primarily in the United States, and is not directed to anyone under 21.
You are responsible for ensuring that your use of any operator is legal where you are located and that you meet the operator's age, identity, and jurisdiction requirements. The fact that a link is visible to you does not by itself mean a given activity is legal or permitted in your location.
Responsible Gambling
Please use any betting or prediction-market product responsibly, and only with money you can afford to lose.
If you or someone you know may have a gambling problem, help is available:
- Call 1-800-GAMBLER for confidential support.
- National Council on Problem Gambling (NCPG): ncpgambling.org.
- State self-exclusion programs, and operator-level deposit limits, time limits, and self-exclusion tools, can help you stay in control. These tools are offered by the operators and by state programs, not by CookedAF.
CookedAF does not accept wagers, hold funds, or extend credit, and these references are provided for your awareness, not as advice.
Changes to This Disclosure
We may update this Affiliate Disclosure from time to time, for example when we add or remove operator relationships, change how links are labeled, or update the disclosure to reflect changes in the law or the FTC Endorsement Guides.
When we make changes, we will update the "last updated" date at the top of this page. Material changes may also be communicated through the service. Your continued use of CookedAF after an update means you have had the opportunity to review the current version.
